My favourite dish is indeed an açai bowl because it’s refreshing, delicious and healthy. The açai berry is a berry that grows in South America in the rainforest. It is pronounced ah-sigh-EE. This berry has excellent health benefits: it is full of antioxidants, it’s good for the brain and activates detoxifying enzymes in the body. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter if you like!
