My favourite thing is an açai bowl because it’s refreshing, delicious and healthy. The açai berry is a berry that grows in South America in the rainforest. It is pronounced ah-sigh-EE. This berry has excellent health benefits: it is full of antioxidants, is good for the brain, and activates detoxifying enzymes. I made it more balanced by adding some spinach, but you can also leave this for a sweeter taste. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter if you like!
