This power breakfast of oatmeal is one to love. It will keep you going for a few hours. You complete this breakfast with slices of banana, cinnamon and peanut butter. Believe me, you will never want anything else.
Ingredients
40 gr
oatmeal
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tbsp
vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tbsp
flax seed
1 tbsp
cacao powder
200 ml
almond milk
1 tbsp
peanut butter
1 tsp
maple syrup
toppings
banana, cinnamon, walnuts and coconut flakes
How to make

Bring the almond milk to a boil. Stir in the oatmeal, half a tablespoon of peanut butter, cinnamon, cacao powder and protein powder and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice the banana and coarsely chop the walnuts. Remove the pan from the heat.

Place the oatmeal in a bowl and garnish with the banana, walnuts, coconut flakes and add a dash of maple syrup and extra cinnamon. Enjoy!
