This is my go-to post-workout smoothie! After working out, I aim to have a high-protein snack to ensure I’m helping my muscles build and recover properly. This smoothie gives my body all the love it needs.
Ingredients

1 tbsp
cacao powder

espresso shot (I used decaf)
1 scoop
vegan chocolate protein powder

ice cubes
150 ml
almond milk

Blend all the ingredients and pour them into a jar; enjoy!
