Ingredients
3 tbsp
rolled oats (use gluten-free if needed)
200 ml
unsweetened oat milk
1 tbsp
vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp
pecan nuts
1 tbsp
cacao nibs
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
turmeric powder
1/4 tsp
powdered ginger
pinch of
sea salt and pepper
1 tsp
maple syrup
1/2
banana, as topping
handful of
blueberries, as topping
1 tbsp
coconut yoghurt, as topping
tahini, coconut sprinkles, goji berries and pecan nuts
How to make

Add all ingredients to a pan and gently bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat until just simmering, and cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture has thickened.

Add to a bowl, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
