frozen banana
50 g
frozen spinach
1 scoop
vanilla protein powder
1 scoop
collagen
1 tbsp
flax seeds
1 tsp
peanut butter
1 tsp
cinnamon
200 ml
almond milk
Toppings
strawberry, banana and granola
How to make

Add all the ingredients into a blender with only half of the milk. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed, until desired consistency is reached.

Pour contents into a bowl and add your favourite toppings on top. Serve immediately.
