These chocolate chip cookies are super delicious and healthy. I added protein powder through them for more protein. Don’t have protein powder? Replace the protein with 2 tablespoons of extra flour.
Ingredients
1 scoop
proteïne poeder vanilla (Orangefit)
2 tbsp
whole wheat spelt flour
2 tbsp
plant-based yoghurt
80 gr
peanut butter 100%
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp
cacao nibs
4 tbsp
agave syrup or maple syrup
1/2 tsp
baking soda
2 pieces
dark chocolate
How to make
1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
2
Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) together to form a dough. If the dough is a little too wet, add some extra flour and if the dough is a little too dry, add some extra agave
3
Form 8 balls of the dough. Place on a paper lined baking sheet and gently press flat with your fingers.
4
Chop the chocolate finely and put it in the middle of the cookies
5
Put the cookies in the oven for 6 minutes. The cookies don't look done when you take them out of the oven, this is supposed to be the case, they harden when they cool down. Enjoy!
