This satisfying breakfast offers fiber from the mango, lots of healthy fats, and protein from nuts and coconut yoghurt. A great way to start your morning and it’s perfect for when you’re in a rush.
Ingredients

coconut yoghurt
1/2
medjool date
2 tbsp
natural nuts
1 tsp
nut butter
200 g
fruits of choice
How to make

Divide yoghurt between bowls and gently spread. Top with fruits. I had some raspberries, blueberries, banana, mango. Cut one medjool date into little slices. Chop the nuts, sprinkle on the yoghurt and add a drizzle of nut butter.
