A smoothie bowl is a perfect breakfast. Because of the fresh fruit and vegetables it is also very nutritious. The toppings make the bowl even richer in nutrients. Just what your body needs in the morning or before or after exercise.
Ingredients

almondmilk (unsweetened)

50 g
frozen spinach
50 g
frozen pineapple
50 g
frozen cherries
slices
banana
handfull
blueberries
1 tbsp
pomegranate seeds
1 tsp
hemp seed
1 tbsp
granola (gluten free)
1 tsp
cacao nibs
1 tsp
peanut butter (100%)
coconut shreds
How to make

Blend all ingredients in your high-powered blender or food processor until you have a smooth smoothie.

Want the smoothie a little more liquid because you want to drink it right away? Then add some extra water or plant-based milk. If you want to make a nice smoothie bowl where your toppings stay on instead of sinking, it needs to be a bit firmer otherwise the fruit will just fall through. Then add extra frozen fruit. This gives you a thicker structure.
