Ingredients
4 tbsp
chia seeds
1/2 tbsp
maple syrup
1 tsp
vanilla extract
220 ml
almond milk
handful
fresh summer fruits
1 tbsp
granola
1 tbsp
almond butter
How to make

Mix the chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk together in a bowl and let sit overnight in the fridge or at least 3 hours.

Add your favourite summer fruit like strawberries, blueberries, grapes or kiwi. Put the granola on top together with a spoon of nut butter. I used almond butter, but feel free to use any other nut butter. (This chia pudding stays good up to 4 days.)
