oatmeal
1 tbsp
flax seed
1 tbsp
raisins
1 tbsp
vegan protein powder (vanilla flavour)
200 ml
unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp
almond pieces and walnuts
blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
1 tsp
chia seeds
1 tbsp
coconut yoghurt
How to make

Put all the ingredients in a pan, heat gently over medium heat and keep stirring for 5 minutes until you reach the desired consistency. (Add more milk for a creamier consistency, cook longer for a thicker consistency).

Pour your oatmeal into your bowl, top it off with fruit, chia seed, walnuts, almond pieces and coconut yoghurt.
