These delicious Vegan Snickers Bars are made from only six healthy ingredients and will satisfy any sweet tooth! Naturally gluten-free, they’re easy to make and good for you too. It’s ready in 25 minutes. What are you waiting for?!
Ingredients
80 g
medjool dates
180 g
almond flour
70 g
peanut butter (100%)
65 ml
agave or maple syrup
pinch of
sea salt
80 g
melted dark chocolate
How to make

Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Mash the dates with a fork in a bowl and add almond flour and mix. The dough will get wetter the more you mix. (Add a splash of plant-based milk if it is too dry, you should be able to form a ball)

Press the dough into the bottom of the bowl with your hands. Put it in the refrigerator.

Now make the filling by putting peanut butter, maple syrup and sea salt in a bowl. Put the filling on top of the bottom and put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate au bain-marie over a pan. When the filling has hardened, remove it from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over the filling using a spatula. Place back in the freezer.

Remove from freezer when mold has hardened and cut into 9 cubes. Store in the refrigerator. Enoy!
