This Protein Harvest Bowl is a vegan healthy meal and is filled with plant-based protein from the quinoa, many colorful veggies and a lovely orange-hummus dressing. 

It contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. If you’re going to skip the Brussels sprouts, I highly suggest trying to substitute another green veggie instead – veggies are so crucial to our health.
