Sourdough is a natural method of baking bread without yeast, it has been around for over 6000 years. A supermarket bread often contains as many as 33 different ingredients, sourdough bread only four: water, flour or meal, salt and sourdough, that’s it. Also, sourdough bread can be stored for a long time and is better digested by your body. People who feel bloated after eating bread are often still suffering from the yeast that has not worked out enough.
